NEWS ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED HOLDS BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
The Board of Directors of NEWS Engineering Nigeria Limited held her Board of Directors meeting on the 8th of March 2022 at the corporate headquarters of the company in Abuja. The meeting was themed to discuss the extant affairs of the company, progress since the last held meeting, the corporate future of news Engineering Nigeria Limited as well as immediate causes of actions concerning issues raised.
Dr. David Lordaar Who Chaired the meeting in the stead of Lt-Gen. Garuba Duba (Rtd) who was unavoidably absent due to circumstances beyond his control, commended the management and board members for making it possible that the meeting was held.
Presentation of general and financial reports was made by the Managing Director, Lady Josephine Nwaeze which was met With Positive feedback from the board, particularly in light of the obvious economic strain that the country has found itself, as well as the impressive innovative ideas the management has implemented to keep the Company thriving.
Dr. Lordaar Congratulated the company’s management for the resilience and commitments to provide the finest of details in the reports. He went ahead to give compliments to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Of the company who he remarked has been strong in giving consistent added value to NEWS Engineering Nigeria Limited since the inception of the company.
In Remembrance of the founding Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NEWS Engineering, Sir C.O Nwaeze, Dr. Lordaar noted the visionary quality the late MD possessed whilst congratulating the management for managing to keep his legacy alive.
Important matters that bordered generally on the future of the company were subsequently discussed and appropriate courses of actions were charted.The meeting has poised the company for an even better phase of efficiency as it continues to thrive and maintain the quality of excellence for which it is known.
